COMPACT INTRO

We realize that it’s not easy to join new gym, so we want to make this as easy as possible for you! At these first two trainings we will introduce you with our systems and teach you how to properly do basic exercises, that we use in our group sessions. We also want to get to know you better, so that we can learn which program is the most suitable for you. We want you to get the best results possible!

Little teams

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

All of the benefits of team training but with more individualized programming and attention.
Highly individualized programming including nutrition coaching specific to each person.
No more than 3 people per class.
Sessions are 50-60 min.
Due to small class size each client receives individualized programming and progress at his/her own pace.

We offer high intensity strength and conditioning sessions, that contain compound functional movements done in a circuit-training format. Burn maximum fat and shape your body. Get amazing results and have fun! Yes you can do it, even if you are a total beginner!

CROSSFIT ATHLETE

CrossFit is sport of Fitness. Our training programs are constantly varied, at high- intensity, and contain functional movement. Gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, training with kettlebells, for power, for conditioning, learning new skills, … you will do it all. Expect unexpected and train to become super-functional beast, mentally unbreakable and prepared for it all!
